On the occasion of the 115th International Women's Day, the Women's Working Committee of the company's labor union organized a series of activities to celebrate International Women's Day, aiming to showcase the remarkable spirit of women, create a brighter future, and extend festive care and blessings to all female employees.
On the afternoon of March 7th, the Women's Working Committee invited a psychology expert to host a thematic lecture titled "Self-Care for Women Under Pressure" Over 300 female employees from both domestic and overseas branches participated attentively, either on-site or via live-streaming on the company's training platform. The expert analyzed the psychological traits of women under pressure, shared practical self-care techniques, and guided female employees in prioritizing mental wellness amid their busy professional and personal lives to effectively manage stress. The knowledge quiz was also held after the lecture. This event not only boosted female employees' mental wellbeing skills but also fostered a positive and optimistic attitude of life, which was unanimously praised by all participants.
In the coming days, the Women's Working Committee will further launch a "Clever Tips for Life and Healthier Future" creative submission campaign. By collecting ingenious daily tips shared by female employees. By gathering their accumulated wisdom, the campaign aims to further ignite their creativity and passion for life, advocate a healthy and intelligent lifestyle, enable them to enjoy a more colorful life beyond work, and showcase the grace of women in the new era.
