Located in the middle of Myanmar, Myanmar Multifunctional Diesel Engine Plant Project is owned by the Automobile and Diesel Engine Industry Bureau of Myanmar No. 2 Industry Ministry. The contract of the plant with designed annual production capacity of 700 units TBD234 diesel engines was signed in October 2004. As a "Financing plus EPC" turnkey project, the project was China's largest general contract project in the machining industry in Southeast Asia. In September 2010, the certificate of completion was granted to the project.
