Located in Setia Alam, in the Malaysian state of Selangor, the project has a total floor area of 330 thousand square meters and a height of 189 meters. The project is comprised of 3 towers. Among them, the apartment tower has 41 floors, SOHO tower, 33 floors, office tower 31 floors. After completion, the project is expected to set a benchmark for mixed-use residential and commercial complex in Setia Alam of Selangor.
Construction on the project commenced on August 30th, 2019.
