Located in Seogwipo, Chejudo, South Korea, the project is comprised of tourism resort, marketable apartment hotel, and a hot spring SPA center. After completion, JW Marriott will mange and operate the complex. The project has a total floor area of 65,222.41 square meters, including A, B, D areas.
Construction on the project commenced on July 1st, 2019.
