On May 9, 2017, CITIC International Co., Ltd (Thailand) signed the general contractor agreement with CON-F Group Co., Ltd (proprietor) on COCOSEA Hotel project in Phuket Island of Thailand. The project, covering a total construction area of 33,500 square meters, includes the building of 376 apartments with attached swimming pools. The duration of the contract is 18 months. The project began on August 22, 2017.
