Located in Changdaincun, Jinzhanxiang, in the northeast of Beijing, the project is the largest shantytown reconstruction project currently registered in the Chinese capital. With a total construction area of 436.7 thousand square meters, the project has attracted great attention from the Chaoyang District Government and Beijing Municipal Government. The project includes resettlement housing, education centers, nursing homes and community clinics.
This is CITIC Construction’s second large scale project after the Shunyi CITIC Bank Project and also its very first in the field of shantytown reconstruction.
