In 1995, CITIC Construction undertook the Tianjin Sheraton Hotel Project Phase II as the general decoration contractor. The project was a frame shear wall structure with eight floors above ground and one floor underground, a total height of 29.5 meters, and a floor area of 14,000 square meters. The project consists of 235 deluxe rooms and 65 apartments with comprehensive service facilities, and its construction period was 24 months. Upon completion, the project was rated as "Excellent" in engineering quality.
