In 1994, CITIC Construction undertook the project as the general contractor for construction. As the first five-star hotel in Hebei Province, the project occupies a floor area of 69,000 square meters and sees a construction period of 24 months. Upon completion, the project was rated as "Excellent" in engineering quality.
