In December 1991, CITIC Construction served as the general contractor of the Jialin Yellow River Bridge Project. The bridge was the first reinforced concrete rigid frame bridge across the Yellow River from Shanxi Province to north Shaanxi Province. And the construction period was 30 months. After being completed, the project was rated as "Excellent" in engineering quality.
