Xi'an Epang Palace Hotel Project
In 1988, CITIC Construction served as the general contractor of the 5-star hotel (later renamed as Xi'an Hyatt Great Hotel) project. With a total floor area of 44,642 square meters and construction period of 34 months, the project was rated as "Excellent" in engineering quality and awarded "National Quality Project Prize" after being completed.
