Beijing Landmark Tower Project

In June 1987, CITIC Construction served as the general contractor for the Beijing Landmark Tower Office Building project. With a total floor area of 102,000 square meters, the project was rated as "Excellent in Engineering Quality" and granted with a "Luban Prize" after being completed. It was the first time for CITIC Construction to serve as the general contractor of a large-scale foreign-funded engineering project, and the successful execution of the project laid a solid foundation for the company's future development.
