On April 12, 2016, CITIC Construction signed the EPC contract with INTERSERVICE Co. Limited of Navapolatsk, Belarus. The contract amount is $ 156 million and the construction duration is 18 months. Located at the intersection of Pobediteley Avenue and Vesninka Lane in Minsk, Belarus. The project is to build a 140,000- square-meter hotel and business complex, which includes a 25-storey hotel, a 14-storey bank, three office buildings with 9-storey, 10-storey, 12-storey respectively, a 2-storey restaurant, a 5-storey national tennis center, a conference hall, a underground parking garage and other facilities.
