CITIC Construction is the first Chinese enterprise that has obtained a Grade I qualification rating certificate in the construction field in Belarus and passed the publicity, which guarantees CITIC Construction's qualified status as the general designer, general contractor and Owner unit in Belarus; and also the Grade I qualification rating in the 32 specific sectors of industrial and civil construction field, including highway, railway, bridge, tunnel construction, etc.

CITIC Construction is the first Chinese enterprise that has obtained the Grade I qualification for Kazakh building construction and installation (throughout Kazakhstan) issued by the Construction Supervision Bureau of Mangghystau State Government of Kazakhstan, covering the licensed business in the whole industry, which is known as the highest construction qualification in Kazakhstan.

In June 2014, a joint venture "CITIC-Belarusian Industrial Design Engineering Co., Ltd." was established jointly by CITIC Construction and Industrial Design Institute of Belarus in Minsk. Through this platform, we have effectively improved the efficiency of project preliminary design conversion process for Chinese enterprises, and deliver engineering services such as design, design document conversion and engineering consulting for the development of general contract projects in Belarus and third-party countries.

CITIC Construction (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Construction, has obtained the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia) G7 license, the highest grade of contractor qualification in the Malaysian construction industry. A G7 contractor is allowed to bid for construction projects with no upper limit on project value, covering building construction, civil engineering construction, mechanical & electrical (M&E) engineering construction.
