Located in Zango, Luanda, capital of Angola, the Zango 8000 RED housing project undertaken by CITIC Construction covers an area of 4.16 square kilometers and includes 8000 units of social housing with public supporting facilities and municipal infrastructure.
On October 31st, 2018, the second batch of the project, including 3201 housing units and their supporting facilities, was accepted and handed over successfully after the first batch with 2627 units in July. To date, 5828 housing units with their acceptance and hand-over have been completed, accounting for 73% of the whole project.
