Between September 16 to 19, 2011, president Yuan Shaobin and vice president Chen Xiaojia of CITIC Construction led a delegation on a business trip to Belarus.
During the three-day visit, Yuan called on Kalin and Anatoly Tozik, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus and Lu Guicheng, Chinese ambassador to Belarus, and witnessed the signing ceremony for the completion certificate of the coal-to-gas of existing line project of the cement plant in Belarus. During the visit, Yuan headed to Krasnoselsk plant for work inspection and instructions, while also attending the second highest level of meetings concerning the cement project in Belarus.
