On August 27, 2011, Gao Kexiang, a new ambassador to Angola, headed a delegation to CITIC Construction Regional Division of South Africa for an inspection. Liu Guigen, vice president of CITIC Construction and the general manager of CITIC Construction Regional Division of South Africa, and persons in charge of the project department of the "combined fleet" of CITIC warmly received the delegation.
Following the inspection, Gao encouraged all the constructors of CITIC Construction Regional Division of South Africa to renew their efforts to make greater contributions to the friendship between the two countries.
