At 12 p.m. on July 12th (Luanda Time), the Taking-over Ceremony for the first four blocks of Phase I of the K.K. project in Angola was held on the Southern African site of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd.
Nearly 100 people, including Sonip project owners, CEO Lemos, Vice President Veloso, and Anada; Yuan Shaobin, president of CITIC Construction; Li Zhengquan, chief engineer of CITIC Construction; and Liu Guigen, vice president of CITIC Construction and general manager of Southern Africa Region of CITIC Construction, were all present.
At the ceremony, Yuan and Lemos delivered speeches. Subsequently, Veloso and Liu signed the taking-over documents on behalf of the two sides.
