From June 23rd to July 2nd, 2011, Chen Xiaojia, deputy general manager of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. headed a delegation to Belarus for fieldwork.
During the visit, Chen conducted a field survey of the construction site of the three cement lines in the cement project in Belarus, calling on Anatoly Tozik, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, and attended the seminar for representatives of Chinese enterprises held by Deputy Minister of Commerce Chen Jian at the Chinese embassy.
