On June 15, 2011, meeting occupancy conditions, the final acceptance of the first batch of four plots and peripheral supporting municipal facilities of the K.K. project of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. in Southern Africa was completed as scheduled.
The K.K. project of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. in Southern Africa is an EPC project with the largest-ever contract value of similar projects undertaken by Chinese enterprises. The two sides signed a contract on November 2007, held a launch ceremony on August 2008, and wrapped up the construction of the first plot in December 2010.
CITIC has honored its commitments to the owner with a quality project, thus gaining unanimous praise from the Angolan government and all walks of life.
