In May 2011, CITIC Construction CO.,LTD won the medal of “Asian Games with strong passion and deep love” ,which was conferred by Guangzhou municipal government and Guangzhou Organizing Committee of the Asian Games（GOCAG）.Meanwhile, Caolei, a staff member of CITIC Construction, was honored as “Outstanding Individual” by GOCAG for her excellent work in the 16th Guangzhou Asian Games.
In August 2011, Caolei , who has done an excellent job in Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, was chosen as the staff representative to be involved in the works of planning, coordination and organization in Guangzhou Asian Games by CITIC Construction. She spared no efforts to guarantee the Opening/Closing Ceremony of Asian Games and Asian Para Games to be successfully held and was highly praised by Guangzhou municipal committee and government.
