On 22 May, 2011, the national assembly spokesman of Angola Antonio. Kasuo Ma held state banquet to welcome Chairman of Standing Committee of National People's Congress of China (NPC) Wu Bangguo and his wife who were paying a goodwill visit to Angola. Director of CITIC Group, Chairman of CITIC construction CO.Ltd, Ms Hongbo is also invited to the state banquet.
During the meeting, Antonio highly praised CITIC Construction for its help to postwar reconstruction in Angola. Chairman Wu BangGuo encouraged CITIC CONSTRUCTION to contribute more to the development of the friendship between China and Africa. Leaders from China and Angola witnessed the signing of the memorandum of understanding of the major planning projects in Luanda Province.
