On April 11, 2011，Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of Algeria, attended the unveiling ceremony and cut the ribbon for the completion of West Section of West-East Expressway contracted by CITIC-CRCC Consortium, which marked a perfect conclusion of construction of West Section.
