ENR（Engineering News-Record）, owned by McGraw-Hill Construction, is the most authoritative academic journal in the field of global project construction. The places of World’s Top 225 Contractors are determined by the overseas turnover completed in the last year. The overseas turnover completed by CITIC Construction in 2009 was USD 2.94 billion.
