On 25th Jan., 2009, the Spring Festival Celebration was held in CICI's project management office of west section of Algeria East-West Expressway project, all staff gatherd to organize various activities to celebrate the coming year of Ox.
On the lunar New Year's Day, the project leading group and heads of each department went to the regional branch offices to pay their New Year calls to the Chinese and Algerian employees.
