Joao Manuel Bernardo, Angola's ambassador to China, warmly received Mr. Yuan Shaobin, the president of CICI, and his delegation in Luanda on 21 Jan. 2009.
President Yuan gave a brief introduction to ambassador Manuel on the overall survey, the progress and society return of Angola Social Housing Kilamba Kiaxi Phase I. He also expressed that CICI was willing to provide the neccessary help to support outstanding youths of Angola to study in China.
Ambassador Manuel highly praised the great achievement that CICI had made in Angola. He said that Angola needed Chinese enterprises with magnificant strength, such as CITIC Group, to participate in the reconstruction of Angola.
