On February 8, 2018, President João Lourenço of Angola led Governor of Luanda Province Adriano Carvalho and leaders from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Geology, Mines and Industry, the Ministry of Territorial Planning and Housing, the Ministry of Energy and Water, the Ministry of Education and other relevant ministries and departments to inspect three projects undertaken by CITIC Construction in Luanda, namely, the Angolan National Tourist Resort project, the K.K.5000 RED project and the Zango 8000 Red housing project.
