Beijing Guotai Hotel Project

In December 1986, CITIC Construction served as the general contractor of Beijing Guotai Hotel Project, a three-star hotel located at Yong'an Xili of Jianwai Street in Beijing. The project, with a construction area of 8,890 square meters, was completed 15 months later and rated as "Excellent" in engineering quality.
